1. How will my item(s) be shipped? How long it will take ?

We will use express shipping methods such as DHL, Fedex, TNT to get the products to you as soon as possible. Usually take 3 – 6 days to all major destinations, the fastest shipping method worldwide so far

Note: The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time.

2. How much would it the shipping cost ?

Shipping fee is determined by your products weight, order sub-total and your destination. You will be informed with “Estimate Shipping Costs ” which will be displayed by adding all items to shopping bag.

We currently ships orders via carriers who offer international shipping services at a competitive price, we’ve been cooperating with DHL, UPS and Fedex to ensure your package be safely delivered. 

3. Who is responsible for custom duties incurred ?

It is the buyer's responsibility for any custom duty fee that might be charged from delivery. How the import duty will be charged depends on each country's custom policies.
